Preform stream bacnd restoration (3 locations). All work shall be performed in accordance with PennDot HOP # 08116893. All work shall comply with PennDot Pub 408/2020 and Dover Township's Construction Specifications dated Novemeber 2015, these can be found on the website at dovertownship.org. Prevaling Wage Serial Number is 25-06567 A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dover Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
