Paving and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Manchester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Project consists of repairs and resurfacing the existing synthetic track and runway / approach areas. All sealed proposals shall be submitted in one (1) original and two (2) copies in an envelope clearly marked on the outside with the name of the Bidder and "Sealed Bid for Running Track Renovation Project". Proposals must be mailed or delivered to the Owner and received not later than the specified time. Oral, telephonic (facsimile, e-mail, or telex), or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. The project is subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry's Prevailing Wage Determination and applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Notice is given that the project is also subject to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
