Site work and paving for a road / highway in Filer, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Filer Highway District 3500N Paving is a paving project on 3500N between the west side of the 2200E intersection to the Filer Highway District jurisdiction boundary at 2350E. This project includes the trucking and placement of HMA pavement on a Cement Recycled Asphalt Base Stabilization (CRABS) subgrade prepared by the Filer Highway District All bids must be signed. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of (5) percent of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Filer Highway District as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
