SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work concerns, among other things, the replacement of the electric boiler, the control of heating in the school, the replacement of drinking water fountains, the replacement of the fire alarm system and the repair of ceilings and lighting in the classrooms. PLACE OF WORK: The work will take place at the École de la Pruchière which is located at 12, rue de la Pruchière, CP 278, Saint-Pacôme (Québec) G0L 3X0. WORK SCHEDULE: Work starts on: Monday, May 1 , 2023: removal of the oil tank
Monday, May 15, 2023: start of dismantling in the boiler room
Monday, June 26, 2023: start of work in the basement and on the ground floor
Thursday, June 29, 2023: start of work upstairs
to end no later than Wednesday, August 23, 2023 for all work in the classrooms and offices, including cleaning for occupancy AND no later than Friday, September 8, 2023 for all work in the boiler room.
