Removal of old Sheriff's building in Barnwell. Project Location: City of Barnwell/Old Sheriff's Building o Demolish and remove one (1) abandoned structure. o Structure has one basement area (approx. 10x16). All equipment/materials should be removed below ground as well as above ground. o All holes and irregularities must be filled in with fill dirt provided by the city. o The work area must be level and safe to walk on at the completion of the job o Remove and legally dispose of all trash and materials o Bid must include all fees, freight, taxes, and materials.
