Constructing distribution water main and water services in the Charter Township of Oscoda along Norway Street from US-23 to Ridge Road, Ridge Road from Norway Street to Interlake Drive, Interlake Drive from US-23 to Ridge Road, Beech Street from US-23 to Lake Road, Elk Lane from US-23 to Lake Road, Lake Road from South dead end to Beech Street, Interlake Drive from railroad tracks to Cedar Lake Road, Hickory Road from Interlake Drive to Spruce Road, and Spruce Road from Hickory Road to Cedar Lake Road. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 6,200 Ft Water Main, 8 inch 1,900 Ft Water Main, 8 inch, Directionally Bored 11,000 Syd Aggregate Surface Coarse 100 Ea Tree Removals 71 Ea Water 3/4 inch Water Services (from main to home). The above-referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. All successful bidders must comply with the federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation; federal equal opportunity requirements; and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Charter Township of Oscoda, hereinafter called the Owner, reservesthe right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
