Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
You are invited to bid on a general contract for Frederick County, VA Public Schools to replace the existing HVAC equipment at Northwestern Regional Educational Programs (NREP). New HVAC equipment shall include, but not be limited to, new dedicated outside air system (DOAS) units, new outside air and ductwork for DOAS units, new VAV boxes for DOAS units, new fans, etc. Work also includes providing and installing new BAS Controls. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, which may be a certified check or cashier's check, or a bid bond of 5% of the amount of the bid, made payable to Frederick County School Board. A performance bond, payment bond and a material and labor bond will be required and the cost shall be included in the bid price. Frederick County Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informality in the Invitation for Bid. Failure to sign the bids will be cause for disqualification. The authorized signature should show the title of the person signing the bid
