The City of Irvine (hereinafter referred to as the "City") is requesting proposals to establish contract(s) for Building and Safety Plan Review Services, with work to commence on or about July 1, 2022 and be completed on June 30, 2023. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Scope of Services in accordance with ATTACHMENT I, attached hereto. Proposers may submit proposals and the City may select Consultants in more than one Specialty Area (ATTACHMENT I) depending on qualifications. Any requests for clarification or other questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via PlanetBids no later than the date and time specified on the cover page of this RFP. No verbal requests or requests made in any other format will be accepted. Questions must be submitted individually and not in a paragraph format nor combined in a single submission. Requests submitted for City's consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the City's RFP and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions. Such requests should include an attachment in Word or PDF format on formal company letterhead that shows the requested modifications. Significant interpretations or clarifications and responses to questions received by the deadline will be addressed via addenda to this RFP, which will be released and posted on PlanetBids under the "Addenda/Emails" tab.
