The City of Irvine ( City ) uses a Consultant Team for many important professional services as part of the City s Consultant Team Program. The full Consultant Team Program Request for Proposal (RFP) process is conducted on a triennial basis. If additional consultants are needed, the City will perform an update process occurring after the first and/or second years of the three-year contract term. It is the City's intent to establish a team structure of consultant firms. This 2022-2025 Consultant Team Program RFP is intended to establish new contracts for a three-year term, commencing July 1, 2022. Upon review of the City s forecasted projects for this term, the 2022-2025 Consultant Team Program is comprised of six professional categories with a total of twenty-one specialty areas. The professional categories and specialty areas are as listed in RFP Document.
