The City of Cornwall is seeking the services of an Ontario Land Surveyor licensed by the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors (AOLS) for property bar replacements, the preparation and registration of reference plans, and miscellaneous services. Questions arising during bidding period should be directed by email no later than 4:30 p.m. on April 4, 2022 to: Wendy Johnsen Buyer - Purchasing Services E mail: purchasing@cornwall.ca Any responses made on behalf of the Corporation will be via email or through the issuance of an addendum or clarification. The contract with the successful supplier shall be for a one-year period, with the option of renewal on an annual basis, for up to three (3) years. Renewal shall be subject to satisfactory performance and contingent upon terms being accepted by both parties for the extension period. The Supplier is to hold their price for three years with a permitted increase that is equivalent to the CPI. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
