Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Montrose, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Montrose County is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the reconfiguration of the Health & Human Services (HHS) East Parking Lot at the Montrose County Health & Human Services building, located at 1845 S. Townsend Ave. Montrose, Colorado. The scope of work is to provide a completely functional parking lot reconfiguration at the HHS East parking lot located at 1845 S. Townsend Ave., Montrose, CO as engineered (Exhibit A), on a turnkey basis by June 30, 2022 The Contractor shall provide a complete and functional reconfiguration of the HHS East parking lot, with all appurtenances fully installed and operable, on a "turn-key" basis. The Contractor shall provide and install any other necessary material, equipment or appurtenances of any kind necessary for a completely functional and code compliant HHS East parking lot reconfiguration as specified herein. The Contractor shall become familiar with the HHS property and all readily available information about the HHS property, and shall make as many site inspections as necessary to thoroughly understand the layout of the site including existing utilities as well as established rights-of-way and easements.
