The City of Gastonia is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested firms to provide professional services, related to evaluation of its street system and pavement management. If your firm is interested in a submittal, the qualification statement should contain the following information: 1. Identification of a project manager and key personnel who will be DIRECTLY responsible for the project, along with summaries of experience, education, tenure with your firm and the location of the office from which the project manager will work. 2. A summary of pertinent experience and qualifications of the firm relative to street evaluations and pavement management, with specific regard to other municipal or governmental type work. References from previous municipal clients should, also, be included. 3. A personnel chart of the firm and any other resources available to perform the required services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
