To Sr 1303 & Ramps Description: Milling, Resurfacing, Pavement Markings & Markers. The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for milling, paving, & pavement marking work in Gaston County. The Contractor is to furnish labor, material, equipment and traffic control: Potential Bidders must be prequalified as Bidder or P.O. Prime Contractor at the time of bid opening in order to be considered responsible. Information about prequalification can be found at online. Paper Bids will be accepted as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Proposal. Electronic Bidding will not be accepted.
