Attn: Bids Town of Martha PO Box 758 113 Falcon Rd. Altus, Ok. 73522 580-482-6583. The payment shall be in check form and shall be drawn payable to Fox, Drechsler & Brickley, Inc. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to Comanche Town of Martha as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the BIDDER will execute the Contract and fi le acceptable Performance and Statutory Bonds within 10 days after the award of the Contract. 1.5 OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED Town of Martha hereinafter called the OWNER, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the OWNER.
