The scope of Phase 2 includes interior modifications to several City Hall common public areas including finish upgrades to the Council Chambers, Community Room, two main floor public restrooms, two conference rooms and creation of a new employee wellness room. Phase 2 also includes structural repairs to a small section of the western wall within the Council Chambers concurrent with the finish upgrades to the space.
