OWNER reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum. Basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible bid as determined by OWNER. A general statement of the WORK is as follows: Fabrication and Installation of Monumentation and Wayfaring Signage, including two (2) Landmark/Pylon Monuments Signs, two (2) Project ID Signs, one (1) Primary Monument Sign, one (1) Secondary Monument Sign, two (2) Secondary Tenant Signs, six (6) Wayfinding Signs and three (3) Interpretive Trailhead Signs. Location: Clear Creek Crossing Planned Mixed Use Development within the Longs Peak Metropolitan District, Wheat Ridge, Colorado North of 32nd Avenue, West of I-70, South of Highway 58, and East of the Applewood community.
