Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grandfield, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education of the Grandfield Public Schools, located at 811 West 3rd street in Grandfield, Oklahoma 73546, will accept bids for the installation of HVAC units and programmable thermostats for all facilities and bids to replace carpeting at both campuses. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted. Replacement of all HVAC units and thermostats within the school district for better air quality in the district to prepare, prevent, and respond to the Covid 19 pandemic. Replacing all carpeting at the elementary school and the secondary school with hard flooring to allow for better cleaning to prepare, prevent, and respond to the Covid 19 pandemic. Bids will be opened and reviewed at the Grandfield Public School board meeting scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2022. All bidders are welcome to attend the opening of the sealed bids. Bidders are not required to visit the district facilities but are responsible for the correct scope of work. Bidders are responsible to follow all OHSA and Industry trade standards. Bidders must submit copies of proper license and insurance with bid in order to be considered. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to inspect the completed work prior to any payment. The quotation is submitted as a legal offer, and when accepted by the Board of Education, constitutes a formal contract.
