Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and elderly care / assisted living facility.
Work under this contract includes the following: 1. Creditbend Terrace (5955 Creditview Road, Mississauga) - Full window replacement, localized door hardware repairs, and full sealant replacement; Project No. 22526 2. Colonial Terraces (3480 Colonial Drive, Mississauga) - Stairwell enclosure rehabilitation; Project No. 21408 3. Colonial Terraces (3480 Colonial Drive, Mississauga) - Masonry repairs; Project No. 21408 4. Colonial Terraces (3480 Colonial Drive, Mississauga) - Parking garage light fixture replacement; and Project No. 21408 5. Sheridan Villa (2460 Truscott Drive, Mississauga) - Localized brick masonry repairs; Project No. 21102 All work is to commence no later then end of June 2022 and be completed before the end of 2022.
