The contract is for the design of work items funded under, but not limited to, the HUD Public Housing Capital Improvement Program, tax credits, bonds & and privately funded projects. The A/E firms will be retained to work on various projects under an indefinite quantity contract. Question Due April 4, 2022 @ 2PM Answers to Questions April 8, 2022 The Contract period will be for a two (2) year base period beginning approximately August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2024, with three single-year options to extend the contract until no later than February 2024, or until such time as terminated per the terms of the agreement. The optional years shall be exercised by written amendment executed by each party with Board of Commissioners approval on behalf of HACSB for additional funding on option years if needed. HACSB may insert elective choices such as site visit, oral interviews, presentations, demonstrations, shortlist, best and final offers, etc. Questions regarding the contents of this RFQ must be submitted Portal or before time and date and directed to the RFQ Contact listed in Section II, Paragraph A - Contact Information. All questions submitted will be answered and posted via the Portal. Offers must comply with all terms of the RFQ, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, codes, and regulations. HACSB may reject as non-responsive any proposal that does not comply with all the material and substantial terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the RFQ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
