Walkerville Public Schools is requesting proposals for the implementation of energy saving capital improvement projects on a performance contracting basis. The scope of the project will include equipment replacement, potential building repair, modernization, preventive maintenance, and training. Each vendor submitting a proposal must have implemented a minimum of five guaranteed savings/energy conservation capital improvement programs in K12 in Michigan. Must provide contact persons and phone numbers, scope of work, services provided and savings guaranteed. Proposals submitted must be accompanied by a written statement signed by an authorized company official containing sworn and notarized testimony that there is not a familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, intermediate school board, or superintendent of Walkerville Public Schools. The school district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in any or all parts and waive informalities or irregularities in proposals received and to accept a proposal in the school district's judgment is in the Walkerville Public Schools best interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
