Site work and paving for a civil project in Gardner, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the following public project: Public Project - 167th Public Street Improvement Plans. The project includes but is not limited to: earthwork (cut & fill), asphalt pavement, aggregate shoulder, pavement marking, storm sewer, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, and coordination with various utilities. Written questions regarding the substance of the Invitation for Bid must be submitted to Seth Gotchey via email sgotchey@gardnerkansas.gov no later than the Pre-Bid Question Deadline of April 24, 2022 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Bids may only be withdrawn or corrected pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 75-6902, as amended, et seq. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by written request of the Bidder if such requests are received in the office of the City Clerk, prior to the time and date for Bid opening. This project qualifies for sales tax exemption for purchasing materials and supplies.
