The scope of work includes the replacement of approximately 6,000 linear feet of 14-inch force mains with 5,750 linear feet of 16-inch HDPE and 250 linear feet of 14-inch DIP and the replacement of 22 air release valves. The Contractor is hereby advised that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE on this project. The Contract Time for this project is two hundred ten (210) consecutive calendar days from the effective date of the written Notice to Proceed to achieve Final Acceptance. Liquidated damages will be assessed if this time limit is exceeded.
