Site work for a water / sewer project in Storm Lake, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Storm Lake Marina has three (3) rental docks which the Iowa DNR rents slips to private individuals for use with their personal water-craft. These docks have been pushed around the marina due to excessive ice build-up and movement over the years and need to be reset. The docks are Shore Station brand docks with vertical Byro-lock mechanisms, these will have to be loosened/released, and then all docks lifted and leveled with one another. After this process there are many of the galvanized tube steel struts, which provide lateral support to the docks, that are unattached and need to be reinstalled. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish, at his own proper cost and expense, all materials, equipment, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete, in a workmanlike manner, ready for continuous operation, the above-mentioned project.
