The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (Authority) seeks proposals from firms or individuals (Respondent) to provide on-call storm water program management service at San Diego International Airport (Airpor). A draft scope of work is posted in Exhibit A of the draft contractor agreement set forth below. Respondents are required to self-perform the requested services. Other Details Minimum Qualifications: Respondent {and its members} must possess, at a minimum, the following: 1. California-registered Professional Engineer (PE); 2. Valid State of California Construction General Permit (NPDES Permit No. CAS000002) Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD); 3. Valid State of California Construction General Permit (NPDES Permit No. CAS000002) Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP); and 4. Valid State of California Industrial General Permit (NPDES Permit No. CAS000001) Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner (QISP).
