Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of this work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to completely replace the existing bridge structure with a new bridge structure. The work on this project shall consist of but not limited to: excavation; slope protection; environmental controls; stream diversion; demolition and removal of existing structure; concrete formwork and accessories; concrete reinforcement; concrete footings; new corrugated steel structure; supply, placement and compaction of backfill against structure; mechanically stabilized earth wall, and all other ancillaries required to completely install the structure to the satisfaction of the Owner.
