The City of Nappanee, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, has invited Contractors to provide Bids for the following public works project: West Industrial Park Stormwater Improvements Work to be performed shall include the following: Excavation, Grading, Storm Sewer Pipe, Inlets, Manholes, End Sections, Rip Rap, and Seeding. Bids shall be submitted on the proper forms and shall be delivered in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the project, name and address of the bidder, and date of the bid opening on the outside of the envelope. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required. The City of Nappanee, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, intends to award the project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in the bidding process, and to accept a full or partial award of the bid or bids which, in its judgement, will be in the best interest of the City. Anticipated Notice to Proceed: May 1, 2022
