Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Baldwin Lake Grinder Pump Replacement Each installation shall be complete within 30 days of notification or when frost is gone, whichever occurs last. The City of Greenville installed a low-head pressure sewer system around Baldwin Lake in 1986-1987. At that time each address received an E-One grinder pump on their property with a control panel mounted on or near their house. Additional addresses have been added since that time. Currently there are approximately 110 units on the system. Some units have been replaced but many are original and approaching 35 years of age. The City of Greenville has offered residents a one-time option to have their pump and controls replaced as part of a larger project to save them cost. In most cases the replacement will remove the original E-One series 200 pump and replace it with a new Extreme series pump in the same wet well (can). Each address has been inspected and a scope of work generally defined on the enclosed Bid Sheet that is labelled as Group 2 Installation Bid.
