Tarrant County College District (the "College") is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the NE & SO Campus - Project 457, NTAB, SACB, and SACD Classroom Renovations Questions Due Date: Apr 12th 2022, 11:30 PM CDT, Questions regarding this RFP must be in writing and e-mailed to Lisa Baugh, Senior Buyer An original cashier's check, certified check, or money order upon a state bank in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum RFP price, payable without recourse to the Tarrant County College District or an original bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company licensed to do business in the State of Texas. For projects over $25,000, an original payment bond will be required of the successful Firm and shall be executed by a surety company acceptable to the District and authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The payment bond shall be in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total sum for all projects above $25,000. For projects above $100,000, both an original performance bond and an original payment bond will be required of the successful Firm and shall be executed by a surety company acceptable to the District and authorized to do business in the State of Texas.
