BID NO: 22-72 The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment necessary to remove and replace the existing 4 tennis court asphalt, galvanized chain link fencing, complete net assembly, court surface and striping. The courts are located at, 1805 Race Track Road, 32259. - Contractor shall provide all licenses, permits, insurance and bonds as required. - Contractor is responsible for any and all locates. - Contractor shall provide submittals and shop drawings of all materials/methods and colors to SJC Project Manager before purchase. - Contractor shall complete project within the timeframe of 6/1/22-8/7/22. - Contractor is to take necessary precautions to prevent public access to the work area during the duration of the project. - The existing asphalt tennis courts +/- 26,400 square feet of court surface area, with 10' tall +/-810' length galvanized chain link fencing (top rail, mid-rail with 1 bottom wire) shall be removed and replaced with new. - Chain Link fence specs listed below. - Contractor will be responsible for installation of new tennis nets and posts. - Contractor is responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all materials associated with the project and shall restore disturbed areas back to existing conditions, without any additional cost to SJC. - Work activity will be limited to weekdays only (7:00am-5:30 pm.) No work will be allowed on Saturdays and Sundays for the duration of the project. - Laydown area for equipment and materials shall be coordinated and approved in advance with SJC project manager to limit disruption to the surrounding Community.
