The Contractor shall furnish any and all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to renovate two (2) existing parking lots and driveways from street level at Mills Field, located at 1805 Racetrack Road, St. Johns, FL 32259. The work shall include, but is not limited to: grading, milling, overlay, striping, and signage of existing parking lots. Parking lots shall be finished with proper signage for car parking and directional traffic flow within each lot. See Exhibit B and Exhibit C for desired traffic flow, signage and marking (striping) pattern. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than four oclock (4:00PM EST) on Wednesday, December 12, 2022, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the above deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Manager or other designated County Representative. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids that are not materially responsive to the requirements provided herein, or if it is determined to be in the best interest of the County. The County may also waive any minor formality or irregularity of any submitted Bid, provided the minor formality or irregularity does not materially impact the submitted Bid.
