The Morgan County Board of Commissioners are seeking bids to perform drainage repairs.The repairs are at Mergendollar Road @ Jacks Creek Tributary and Brown Lane @ North Sugar Creek. Questions shall be submitted to: aaron.wadley@lncopec.com Performance-Payment Bond for 100% of the total Base Bid amount with Power of Attorney. A Bid Bond in a commercially standard form from a Surety Company acceptable to the County, payable to Morgan County with power of attorney must accompany each bid equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of the Base Bid.
