City of Cedar Hills (City) is seeking proposals to have an Offeror design and build a 12'x 14' modern structure to handle participants on the new short course. The Offeror would need to submit a design concept. If the design concept is awarded, then a building permit and the related plans would be submitted to the City's building official. Any City permit costs would covered by the City
