The City of Morristown is seeking proposals from qualified entities for the purchase and/ or redevelopment of the Old Fire Station No. 4, 3835 W Andrew Johnson Highway, a .36 acre parcel located at the Southeast corner of W Andrew Johnson Highway and E Manley Court Circle in Morristown (Map 040L, Group E, Parcel 032.00). The intent of the RFP is to consider offers for the purchase of the property for use or for redevelopment and use. The City of Morristown reserves the right to reject any and/ or all proposals and to waive formalities. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
