The purpose of this contract will be to develop a Nine-Element Watershed Management Plan (WMP) for Hard Labor Creek . The WMP will address impaired stream segments listed on Georgia Integrated 305(b)/303(d) List of Waters, and target Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) established by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GAEPD). Land use-data will be analyzed, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) targeted monitoring plan will be developed and water quality data will be collected and evaluated. Best management practices (BMP) will be recommended coupled with implementation milestones, to reach the target TMDL. A long-term monitoring plan will be developed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
