Renovation of a military facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Base Bid Description: This project will replace doors and accessories at exterior and interior doors at the Clark County Armory. The scope of work includes replacement of 42 Exterior Doors and 145 Interior Doors, Frames, Hardware, Access Control, Thresholds and wall repair associated with door. Contract Time: 66 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $852.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Additonal Description Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter the property. All attendees must complete and submit the 'NVARNG Personal Security Questionnaire' a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Nevada Army National Guard Security Requirements details. The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is: $1,005,629.00 The Nevada Office of the Military requires that every contractor and his employees planning to work on a project located at a Nevada Nation Guard facility must complete a Personal Security Questionnaire form. All employees must complete and sign, have employer sign and submit forms prior to beginning construction operations on the site.
