Demolition, site work and addition to a parking garage in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the addition of a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Services to include constructability reviews, estimates, advice, analysis feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor conditions affecting construction subcontractor selection for development and construction of Symphony Park L Garage Expansion and Vehicle Bridge. Design anticipated to begin 08/2022 Construction anticipated to begin 04/2023. Completion estimated 02/2024. The project consists of a 3-level vertical expansion of 350 South City Parkway “L” Garage, an existing 4-level municipal parking garage in Symphony Park; and construction of a new two-lane vehicle bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way connecting the subject parking garage with the existing 500 South Main Street garage in Downtown Las Vegas. Construction of the 3-level vertical expansion also includes associated extensions of stairs, elevators, and mechanical equipment and façade treatments
