The scope of work for the rehabilitation of Glen Erin Drive Bridge over Lake Wabukayne Trail (structure number 046000) and the rehabilitation of Glen Erin Drive Bridge over Hunter's Green Park Trail (structure number 046004) include the following: clearing and grubbing and providing temporary access roads; closure of pedestrian walkway and place proper signs; clearing and grubbing including off-site management of removed and/or unsuitable materials; removal of the existing asphalt and waterproofing system on deck; patch repairs on deck top, soffit, fascia, abutments and wingwall; scarifying existing sidewalks and remove concrete curb; excavate approaches, repair deck ends and construct new approach slabs at both approaches; installation of waterproofing system on the bridge deck and new approach slabs; installation of guiderail; paving of the approaches and bridge deck; and restore the site to pre-construction conditions or better. Commence the Work by the date set out in the Notice of Commencement to be provided to the Contractor by the City, and, subject to adjustment in Contract Time as provided for in the Contract Documents, attain completion of the Work, by August 31, 2022 for Glen Erin Drive Bridge (Structure Number 046000) over Lake Wabukayne Trail and October 14, 2022 for Glen Erin Drive Bridge (Structure Number 046004) over Hunter's Green Park Trail.
