Forestry is seeking two (2) vendors for tree stump removal services for a three year term. In addition to the removal of tree stumps throughout the City, the services will include backfilling, replacing topsoil, seeding and site clearing at the tree stump sites. Historically, approximately 2000 stumps are removed annually in the City. Question Deadline: Wed Apr 6, 2022 4:00:00 PM (EDT) To be considered, Bidders must be able to demonstrate that they: Are readily available to undertake Contract requirements; Have a minimum of five (5) years' experience with municipal urban tree maintenance; Have relevant municipal experience on projects of comparable size, scope and complexity to that described in the Specifications; Have sufficient experienced certified staff to meet the City's needs as described in the Specifications; Have a proven track record of providing continuous working crews and meeting established project schedules; Have capacity and sufficient staff to properly administer large contracts including, but not limited to; accurate invoicing/tally sheets and administration of underground utility locates; Have sufficient equipment and vehicles to properly service this Contract as per Section 4.0 of the Specifications.
