The Arkansas Department of Health is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic professional architectural design services as defined by the TSS/Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) for Main Facility Replacement and Renovation located at 4815 West Markham Street in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Description of the work to be accomplished: Demolition of 68,000 square-feet of existing building, new construction of 202,600 square-feet, and complete renovation of 94,800 square-feet of existing building to provide space for consolidation of all agency services, and to improve reliability, functionality, and efficiency of operations which serve Arkansas citizens. A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation and to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments, as appropriate for the contemplated work.
