CITY OF HAPPY VALLEY 2022 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT CIP-01-22 2022 Pavement Maintenance Project ODOT Class of Work: Asphalt Concrete Paving & Oiling, and Pavement Marking Public Bid Opening Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form Due Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 4:00 PM This project generally includes pavement maintenance along approximately 47,000-centerline feet of streets in Happy Valley, Oregon. Proposed work includes the following: Ø Crack Sealing: 98,742 +/- lineal feet Ø Slurry Sealing: 104,114 +/- square yard Ø Tree Trimming: 1,373 +/- trees Ø Striping: 700+/- square feet of stop bars; 240+/- square feet of crosswalks; 570+/- lineal feet of yellow line; eight (8) each of speed hump striping restoration Once construction on the project has begun, the contractor must reach substantial completion within 90 days of commencing activity. The contractor shall complete all work under the contract by August 26, 2022 Project and bid documents will be available on Monday, March 28th on the Citys website. To perform work, bidders must show proof that they are qualified to perform the work. Please submit a list of similar past projects to the City by 4:00 PM on the Date of Public Bid Opening. This public works contract is subject to State of Oregon prevailing rates of wage requirements, per ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. The City will not receive or consider bids unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder that the bidder will comply with ORS 279C.830.
