The Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District, hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation", invites Proposals for the Program Management & Technical Services for the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Program. Program Management Consulting Services (the "Services") for the projects of the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Program (the "Program"). The Program's Projects (as defined herein) are in various stages are in various stages of design and construction and include a pump station and sanitary sewer overflow tank, a twin 1600 m horizontally directionally drilled river crossing, an 85 Megaliter Per Day ("MDL") Wastewater Treatment Plant ("WWTP") and ground improvements, and an outfall. The assignment is expected to last approximately eight years, until all Projects and the post-commissioning services are complete. The initial contract will be for a three-year term, the Corporation anticipates there may be one (1) additional three-year extension option and one (1) subsequent additional two-year extension option, subject to successful performance by the Consultant, the Corporation has determined that all Projects and the postcommissioning services are not complete and an extension is required, budget approval, and mutual agreement by the parties. The length of the contract is anticipated to be a total of eight (8) years. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
