Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Andrews, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
* Tender was cancelled. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Complete replacement of the existing fire alarm system at NBCC St. Andrews campus. This includes but is not limited to a new fire alarm control panel, annunciators, initiating and signaling devices and connections to ancilliary systems/equipment. The existing fire alarm system shall be completely removed c/w all wiring, conduit, etc. associated with the fire alarm system and fire alarm devices. .2 The Contractor shall be responsible for all fire watch provisions as required to ensure the campus maintains fire protection services and continues to operate as normal during construction. Provide NBCC with at least 24 hours notice prior to initiating fire watch services in the event the active fire alarm system or components of the fire alarm system will not be in service. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
