Reference Number NB-RFP 2023-09 The Town of Saint Andrews is seeking Requests for Proposals from qualified proponents for assistance in determining options and methods for Bayside, Chamcook, and Saint Andrews to have an organic waste composting program. The Town of Saint Andrews currently does not offer any composting services to residents. The goal of this study is to identify local composting processing options including but not limited to curbside pickup and residential drop-off bins, locations for composting sites, and provide associated costs for the services identified. Note that there are no composting facilities in Saint Andrews or the surrounding area. As funds were received from the Environmental Trust Fund, of the Province of New Brunswick, the final report must be submitted to the Town of Saint Andrews no later than Friday, February 16, 2024. This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
