The project is located in the Town of Saint Andrews, NB. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to: .1 Demolition and disposal of existing timber wharf approach structure and associated infrastructure, including timber cribs, ballast rock, bracing, stringers, decking, curbing, ladders, lights, electrical, water piping, sanitary force main piping. .2 Construction of infill revetment structure including rock fill, armour rock, filter stone, aggregate base, aggregate subbase and asphalt restoration. .3 Construction of new steel pile supported wharf structure complete with reinforced concrete pile caps, precast concrete deck complete with topping slab and light pole bases, ladders, wheel guard, and timber fender piles. .4 Installation of new water and sanitary force main piping including corrosion resistant fittings and mounting hardware as shown on the drawings. .5 Removal and replacement of the timber bracing on the existing Intermediate Trestle structure. .6 Installation of pile wrap corrosion protection on the existing H-piles of the pier head. .7 Supply/placement of granular materials to adjust surrounding grades and incorporate new infill revetement into existing. .8 Disconnect and remove existing electrical equipment and steel poles as identified on the drawings. .9 Installation of new electrical service equipment, lighting and wiring. Coordinate with local utility as required, arrange all permits and carry all costs. Provide all necessary mounting hardware, accessories, conduits, trenching, etc. to facilitate a complete installation.
