Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,078-square-foot, one-story above grade residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.

The work consists of asbestos abatement and modernization, removal and replacement of all drywall, all batt insulation, floor tile, cabinets, and all plumbing fixtures in kitchen and bathroom, all electrical. Asbestos and mold and all other material is to be disposed of at a code legal facility. Reconstruction of the unit will consist of replacing the interior to the same foot print with some upgrades and ADA requirements.
