Site work and renovation of a civil project in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Santa Fe Community College invites proposals from qualified individuals to provide construction of a Sequencing Batch Reactor Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Closure Plan" for the demolition, abandonment, and closure of the existing SBR WWTP facilities and supplementary wastewater ponds. For purposes of identification and clarity within this RFP, the term "COLLEGE" shall refer to Santa Fe Community College (SFCC), and the term "OFFEROR" shall refer to the RFP respondents. Please carefully read the instructions, specifications, and SFCC Standard Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply therewith may result in an offer being classified as unresponsive, disqualified, or negatively evaluated. New Mexico civil and criminal law prohibits bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks. Submitting all requests for clarification by email to the RFP Administrator at John.Apodaca1@sfcc.edu or as otherwise directed by the RFP Administrator. Deadline to Submit Questions September 19, 2022, by 4:00 PM MDT Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond SFCC reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the terms and conditions of the request for proposal. It further reserves the right to accept or reject any modifications to the terms and conditions if it is in the best interest of SFCC to do so.
