Renovation of a municipal facility in Isabel Township, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Board requests the use of composite (plastic) decking. Bids must include a listing and description of the materials to be used, expected time frame for work to be done, and plans for the cleanup of discarded materials. Isabel Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and rebid at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. Bids will be awarded to the bidder who the Board of Trustees determines is best for the project based on price, references, and experience. All equipment, materials, supplies, and labor necessary to be used by the Contractor in performance of the work to be done as described in this bid shall be furnished and paid for solely by the Contractor. Isabel Township shall not be responsible for any damage or injuries to person or property related to the work to be completed outlined in this bid.
