Question Submission Close Date :5/9/2022 2:00 PM PDT The Multnomah County Department of County Assets, Division of Facilities and Property Management (FPM) is seeking Suppliers from whom it may purchase Electrical parts, electronic components, and equipment that are needed for building maintenance and building projects ("Supplies"). Supplier shall offer Supplies from the industry's leading manufacturers of electrical supplies and electronic component products including, but not limited Siemens, General Electric, Eaton, Westinghouse, ABB, Philips Lighting, Hubbell, Pass & Seymour, Culter Hammer, Cree Lighting, Thomas & Betts, G.E. Lighting, Cementex, Flir, Fluke. There will not be a pre-bid conference for this sourcing event. All questions in regards to the Sourcing Event must be submitted through the Q & A board. Bidders must meet the following minimum requirements. Failure to provide any of the required documents or meet any of the below requirements shall result in rejection of the proposal. The County reserves the right to waive technical defects, discrepancies and minor irregularities, or not to award a contract when it finds such action to be in the public interest. Bids may be rejected if they show any alteration of form, additions not called for, conditional Bids, incomplete Bids, erasures, or irregularities of any kind.
