Site work for a mixed-use development in Hebron, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Regional School District 8 (RHAM) is located in Hebron, CT and serves the students from Andover, Hebron, and Marlborough grades 7 - 12. RHAM maintains several athletic fields on its campus. Of these fields, the varsity baseball field, Rte. 316 practice fields, and track/Competition field need upgrades to correct deficiencies and meet current use demands. The RFQ is requesting professional services to inspect the present conditions, provide suitable options to address the deficient conditions and provide construction documents to be used to bid the renovation work required to upgrade the fields and the track. Any questions regarding the proposed work should be addressed to the Director of Facilities by emailing michael.schlehofer@rhamschools.org. Questions will not be considered past 4:00 PM on April 15, 2022 and responses will be posted via addendum no later than 4:00 PM on April 18, 2022.
