Work will begin within 30 days. sealed proposals are sought and requested for furnishing all materials and doing all work necessary for the performance of a contract to be let by the Town Board of the Town of Mount Hope, Orange County, New York, for demolition and removal of one house at the premises designated as Section 10, Block 1, Lot 46 on the Tax Map of the Town of Mount Hope, Orange County, New York. If a proposal is accepted, the successful bidder will enter into a contract for the work and will execute the contract within 15 days of the acceptance of the proposal. A suitable security bond in the sum of the amount of the contract, conditioned for the faithful and prompt performance and completion of work specified in the contract.
